Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and check-in to Hotel
The representatives from Kingdom Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival. He/she Assist to transfer you to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 02: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani (2300m) – 5 Hours
We drive to Sundarijal from Kathmandu for an hour in the north east of the valley. We then climb uphill through the Shivapuri National Park passing through several villages on the way. Few hours of walking will bring us to Chisapani. Chisapani offers you the wonderful views of different mountains. We stay overnight at a lodge.

Day 03: Trek from Chisopani to Kutumsang (2446m) – 7 Hours
From Chisapani, we continue trekking towards Kutumsang. We walk uphill and downhill this day. We pass through Gulbhanjyang which is the Sherpa, Tamang and Gurung settlement. Gulbhanjyang showcases the cultural aspects of the local ethnic people. From Gulbhanjyang, we head to Kutumsang crossing the jungle and terraced fields. We stay overnight at a lodge.

Day 04: Trek from Kutumsang to Tharepati (3650m) – 6 Hours
We climb up in a steep and eroded trail through the forest of rhododendron and fir from Kutumsang. As we reach Tharepati, we can witness the beautiful sunset in the Jugal Himal and Numbur Himal ranges in Solukhumbu and the awesome views of Helmbu Valley below. We stay overnight at a lodge.

Day 05: Trek from Tharepati to Tarkegyang (2560m) – 6 Hours
We descend down to Melamchi River today and cross the river to climb up to Tarkegyang through Sherpa settlements. Well, Tarkegyang is a beautiful Sherpa village with one of oldest and biggest Buddhist Monasteries. We stay overnight at a local lodge.

Day 06: Trek from Tarkegyang to Sermathang (2610m) – 4 Hours
From Tarkegyang, our trail is going to be comparatively easier than the previous days as the trail goes through flat land with beautiful forests. We would eventually penetrate the village called Sermathang where you can visit some of the ancient monasteries in the region. We stay overnight at a lodge.

Day 07: Trek from Sermathang to Melamchi Pul Bazaar – 4 Hours
Today, we gradually descend all the way to Melamchi Pul Bazaar through the meadows and cultivated fields. We come across several villages en route and would also interact with local people. You will get to know about their way of life and cultural glimpses. We stay overnight at a lodge.

Day 09: Drive from Melamchi Pul Bazaar to Kathmandu
After having breakfast in the morning, we travel along a bumpy gravel road from Melamchi Pul Bazaar to Lamidanda and then follow the medaled road up to Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu, you can go for last minute shopping. We stay overnight at a hotel.
